Brooklyn, New York

This interior renovation of a single-family residence in Brooklyn mixes contemporary elegance and minimalist details with the raw, industrial character of a former factory building turned condominium. The clients sought an interior environment that was light and open, functional yet playful, and all within a tight budget. The design opens the kitchen up to connect with the adjacent spaces and creatively makes use of off-the-shelf cabinetry to create a refined, yet economical solution. Bathrooms were updated to integrate additional storage with clean lines of the design aesthetic.
